I am currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant for a key legal firm in Sheffield. This client offers a clear progressional path to fee earner and beyond. This is a great place for an upcoming legal professional to receive first class training and work in a professional and rewarding environment.As the Conveyancing Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Conveyancing Team Manager with all property matters to include sale and purchase, plus commercial.You duties will include:• Managing day to day operational duties and proactively progressing the Conveyancing case load• Communicating with clients effectively on their property transactions• Providing a client centric service when conducting property transactions in accordance with the relevant statutory and regulatory framework and in accordance with best Conveyancing practiceYou will need to have at least 6 months experience within a conveyancing role to be considered. In return you will receive excellent training, plus a clear pathway to becoming a fee earner.
