Job Description

Position: Temporary Customer Support Co-ordinator Location: MaresfieldSalary: Competitive Ref: KH8472We have an opportunity for a Temporary Customer Support Co-ordinator, to work for a manufacturing company in Maresfield.Duties include:

  • Accurate inputting of customer orders into the Sales Order Processing system
  • Co-ordinating with customers ensuring that all orders variations and purchase orders are documented
  • Creating/expediting all Project related literature
  • Ensuring that all orders are correctly invoiced at dispatch and within the month
  • Raising any credits required in collaboration with the finance department
  • Producing accurate detailed sales order reports as required for clients
  • Person Specification:
  • Proven, demonstrable experience working in a busy telephone-based customer-services role
  • Excellent telephone Manner and good communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Good organisational skills
