We are delighted to be partnered with our client, an established and highly reputable legal based business as they seek to recruit an office administrator to join their experienced and friendly team, within their offices in Uckfield. This is an excellentopportunity to join a small but busy team within a very successful organisation.Office AdministratorFull time permanent role - office basedMon-Fri 0900-1730Role based at Uckfield. There is free parking available on site and you can also find plenty of free parking on the roads nearby. The office is around 15 mins walk from the nearest mainline station.Salary. £21000 per annum plus very good company benefits. Salary will rise to £22000 per annum after completion of 3 month probationary period.This is an excellent opportunity to work locally within an established and successful organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3 months plus of office experience. There are lots of opportunities to move upwards within the business in thefuture.Duties will include:- Running the claims email in-box- Setting up new cases by inputting the information/documents onto the system- Preparing client care letters/compliance documents- Monitoring post in and scan/save to the electronic filing system- Answering the telephone- Printing documentation to be posted.- Providing regular updates to clients- Preparing invoices and sending them out to clientsExperience, competencies and knowledge required:- High attention to detail levels- Able to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable and dependable in completing tasks- Confident with good communication skills (both orally and in writing)- Able to work in a busy office / fast paced environment- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 OfficeFor more information regarding this new and exciting opportunity, please apply now!
