HR Advisor - £30-35K, Uckfield/Hybrid working options availableOur client is a full-service law firm operating from 5 offices, retaining a strong regional presence across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. They have over 100 employees including 17 partners with significant growth over the last decade. As a firm they arevery supportive and forward-thinking and operate hybrid working across the firm for all of their employees.They are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor/Consultant to join their busy employment team to assist in the delivery of their comprehensive advisory service which they provide to their external clients.The Role You will provide practical advice on all aspects of HR and, where appropriate, attend clients premises to undertake HR audits and/or provide in-house HR services. You will provide end-to-end support for clients in connection with a wide range of HR mattersincluding employee relations, probation period reviews, absence management, performance/capability, disciplinary and grievances. In addition, you will review and update employment contracts, handbooks and other documentation.This is a very exciting opportunity to utilise your HR skills and provide a high-quality HR service with no 2 days being the same!The successful candidate will have previous hands-on operational HR advisory experience with a working knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation and HR best practice.A full jib description is available on request.Who are you
