Job Description

Finance Assistant

  • Mon-Fri - office hours
Due to office location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport - plenty of free parking on siteOur client based in Uckfield is seeking a Commercial Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This roles is office based supporting two regional offices. Occasional travel will be required.Duties for this will role will include:
  • Bank - Ledger entries and track / reconcile Bank Statements.
  • Processing of payments.
  • Bought Ledger - processing payments, managing invoices, expenses and credit cards ensuring all are thoroughly checked & authorised, and maintaining costs reports.
  • Sales Ledger - controlling & raising of Invoices for all goods & services
  • Assisting with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
Previous Purchase Ledger/ Accounts experience is required. Own transport due to location is required with occasional travel to local sister site. Parking available onsite, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays*First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
