People like you.Agincare Live in Care continues to grow in these challenging times and we now have a fantastic career opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor covering East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent.The main purpose of the Field Care Supervisor role is to ensure the support of the provision of a person centred, quality and safe service to all clients and staff. This involves the building and maintaining of relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders and ensuring in-date staff supervision, support and training for our Live in Carers. The staff you will supervise and support are Live in Carers who provide care for our clients. You will travel on your region supporting the Live in carers. The Field Care Supervisor is field based so you will need to be highly organised and flexible.As a Field Care Supervisor you will travel across the region visiting our clients and care workers, carrying out care plan reviews and staff support, dealing with GPs, Social Workers, and next of kin, dealing with concerns and complaints and contacting your clients weekly.You will be on call on a rota every 6 weeks.You will benefit from all of the following Agincare benefits:
