Summary The Salary: £22,500 per annumThe Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with a typical shift of 7.30am3.30pm. You wont be required to work nights or split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. What youll be doing Were looking for a Chef to join our busy kitchen team at the Coach House Caf at Sheffield Park & Garden, East Sussex, catering to our extensive range of National Trust visitors and destination caf customers.As part of the kitchen team, youll assist in preparing meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and be confident creating cakes, bakes, soups and one-pots.Nature, our local region and very own parkland and gardens are also at the heart of what we do; using your creative skills, youll develop dishes that inspire our visitors through our spirit of place.Youll receive full training and a bespoke induction on appointment - and further professional training and development opportunities are also available.Due to our opening hours, you wont be required to work nights or split shifts, and will be off on Christmas Eve and Day as the property is fully closed to the public.Interviews: This is an immediate start, interviews will be held by appointment on receiving applications.Please also read the full role profile, attached to this advert.
