Lookno further Pathway42 is the place to be.The team consists of night service coordinators, daytime service coordinators, and customer support staff, and managers, you will also work closely with our repairs colleagues, IT service and colleagues who sit within the wider group companies.Your duties will include:

  • To guide and support you in your role, we all have policies and procedures, to follow and adhere to, with continuous reviewing of each policy during your working week.
  • Training both mandatory and optional to support self-development, compliance, safeguarding and health & safety. Peer support from an experienced team, including managers.
  • You will be responsible for effective generation of documents including and ensuring the service is properly defined and all associated documentation are communicated effectively to colleagues and customers.
At Albany Street we support Young People with Complex needs between the age of 16-25.Working Mon-Fri 9-5pm, as a 24/7 service, with flexibility to cover colleagues annual leave, we cover bank holidays agreed by the team in advance. Take time back or paid for the hours.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youStrong system knowledge and administration skills are required in this fast paced, ever-changing environment, ordering, invoicing, requisition creation, purchase orders, good receipting and requiring, budget control/ recording.As a team player, you will be responsible for delivering a quality service from initiation through delivery and lessons learnt and critical reflection practised.Experience delivering life skills advice and support to appointments, tenancy management, cleaning, cooking and budget planning.Cleaning of void properties is essential to a high re-lettable standard. Giving a great first impression to potential customers of our accommodation and support services.A key element of the role is working in collaboration with partners and other parts of the business and creating an inclusive environment that supports ongoing contribution and constructive challenge and critical reflection practised.
