Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (B2C)Location: KILLINGWORTHSalary: COMPETITIVE + BONUSFull or Part Time: Full TimeTemporary or Permanent: Permanent* NO EXPERIENCE NESSASARY AS TRAINING IS PROVIDED *I am representing an excellent client who are going through an exciting period of growth.They are are looking for a number of sales executives to join their team on a full time permanent basis.Working Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm you will report directly to the sales manager.Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Outbound calling existing customers looking to offer the opportunity to purchase insurance, energy, tv, phone and broadband packages
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively contacting a high-volume of leads, to maximize the opportunity.
  • Understand the customer needs, identify opportunities, present and close with a relevant solution
  • Interpret, understand and explain compliance regulations to tenants.
  • Achievement of weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements i.e. dials, call time, sales and conversions.
  • Attend and understand relevant compliance, product and service training.
  • Be the point of contact to answer tenant queries, resolve problems and provide solutions.
  • Record information in relevant databases and ensure lead portal is kept up to date
  • Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for tenants
  • Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering
