Job Description

The role is available due to an internal promotion, and you will receive all the training and developmentyou need to succeed.The Reward Adviser is a member of the wider HR Team and will support the development of reward, recognition, pay and benefits and reports to the Reward Partner.Key Accountabilities

  • Line management of a small team who provide administration support
  • Support the development of the reward strategy, to enhance attraction and retention of key skills, working across the business to identify new solutions and opportunities within Reward
  • Support annual pay review and promotions processes
  • Assess and conduct analysis, presenting results to facilitate the interpretation of reward related issues to support decision making
  • Support the Reward Partner with developing and driving key reward initiatives such as policy review, salary review processes (including pay surveys and market benchmarking) and colleague benefit provision
  • Design and deliver training, promotional materials, and process improvements to maximise service quality, efficiency, and continuity
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the HR team, building strong and supportive relationships
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Significant experience in a HR generalist role at HR Advisor level or above
  • Capable of independent analysis, judgement and research
  • Ability to appropriately influence, maintain effective working relationships and actively collaborate with other colleagues
  • Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works in a planned and structured way
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly confidential when dealing with sensitive reward related data
