If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please apply now!JOB TITLE: ReceptionistLOCATION: KillingworthSALARY: £21,000OPPORTUNITY: PermanentHOURS: 36.5 hours, Mon - Thurs 8.30 - 5.30 / Fri 8.30 - 1pmDuties:

  • Greet visitors / Provide refreshments
  • Manage company switchboard
  • Servicing meeting rooms, ordering lunch and other refreshments for client visits
  • Housekeeping - Cleaning coffee machine / emptying & filling dishwasher
  • Dairy management of meeting rooms
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Post distribution
  • File storage
  • Booking travel
  • Ad Hoc admin tasks
The Ideal Candidate:

  • Driver would be beneficial
