Eden Brown Synergy is a Social Care consultancy who specialise in placing senior professionals across Childrens and Adults Services. We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Quality and Commissioning Officer in the North East. This role is part of a project team delivering Help to Live at Home support. The role includes the following: * Work closely with the Service Manager Project Lead, people who use the services and their carers and monitor the H2L@H service. * To support the operational team across adult services to understand and implement the new H2L@H model. * To be an active member of the H2L@H project group. * To collect, analyse and manage contract performance data, complaint and safeguarding concerns ensuring appropriate recording and reporting. * To contribute to the development and delivery of all aspects of the H2L@H contract. * Work in partnership with other Local Authority departments, Clinical Commissioners, Public Health Specialist staff, people & carers, and providers from the NHS, Private, Voluntary and Community sectors to establish the H2L@H service.Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
