Job Description

WHAT COMPANY YOU WILL BE WORKING FORWestray Recruitment Group are looking to recruit experience Quality Control Inspectors to work for our client based in South Tyneside. QC Inspectors will work within a busy engineering environment performing quality inspection using a range of precision measurement tools.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Working as a QC Inspector
  • Recording and documenting Quality
  • Using various calipers, verniers, micrometers and tapes to deliver inspection duties
  • Ensuring engineered fittings and suitable for purpose and are produced to client specifications
    • WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
  • Experience working as a QC Inspector within a Fabrication or Engineering business
  • Proven ability to use precision measurement equipment
  • Ability to work with accuracy
  • Report writing skills
    • WHAT ARE THE FINER DETAILS OF YOUR ROLEThis role operates on a temp to perm basis, following a successful probation period. The hours of work rotate from week to week, either working Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm or 10:00am - 18:30pm. This position pays £11 per hour and rises to £11.50 following the probation period.
