You will play a pivotal part of the candidate journey from pre employment communication, and throughout their journey in the business. This will mean ensuringall new employees feel ready for their first day and that everyone is excited and engaged in the office environment.You will also be organising events and engagement activities on both a local and global scale. This may be planning and delivery of local team events, working with the global office team to organise aligned events and global meet-ups. Although you will bepart of a wider team to support you, there will also be lots of creative freedom for you to come up with new ideas and plans then execute them to make sure the business keeps improving the experience for local and global employees time and again.With a healthy budget you will organise gifts for life events for all members of staff from new babies, to weddings and everything in between which will ensure everyone in the business feels truly valued and cared for.Who are we looking for
