Job Description

A growing service provider is recruiting for an Organisational Development Partner -Leadership Development. Working as part of the established and successful OD team and reporting into the L&OD Manager, the purpose of this role is to enable managers and leaders to increase their effectiveness and capability. This role is accountable for the design, delivery and facilitation of development solutions to drive the strategic Leadership capability agenda.Duties include:

  • Responsibility for creating a leadership learning environment where colleagues can work and learn together.
  • Design, delivery and evaluations of learning interventions supporting all leadership needs of the Managers and Leaders.
  • Reporting and communicating complex data and insight to enable informed decision making on behalf of the leadership capability agenda.
  • Lead, plan and design the company induction for all leaders joining the organisation.
  • To be the subject matter expert on leadership development, sharing knowledge and building capability.
  • Coach managers and leaders to actively build the capability and support the cultural development of the leadership team.
  • Supporting the People team in the development and effective delivery of the People Strategy
  • To be considered for this exciting role you will be working as L&D or OD specialist in a similar role ideally for a larger organisation. Experience of working in leadership and capability development. Ideally you will hold a Masters qualification in Leadership development or equivalent experience.
