Job Description

The role - Operations AdministratorOur client based in Killingworth is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to start on ASAP on a Permanent basis. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, please read on to find out more about this exciting opportunity.Start date: ASAPDays required: Full time hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmThis office will be closed after Christmas Eve until Tuesday 4th January 2022.Salary: £20,800 PAFree on site parking availableAttractive benefits offeredDuties:

  • Calling, texting and emailing customers to book appointments for operatives to attend
  • Updating the CRM with confirmed appointment times and noting accounts
  • Sending updated access details to operatives
  • Updating the diary manager with failed appointments so you can add additional workload where required
  • Making calls for each contract when they come through
  • Relating with the manager on common area actions and updating the site details of common area access
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service & Administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office packages
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
