Job Description

The CompanyOur client is a market leader in their sector. As part of this growth they are now looking for a motivated Lighting Designer who is looking to grasp an outstanding career opportunity, and help a business grow and improve.The Role

  • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a flare for lighting design and should also ideally possess a portfolio to highlight your expertise.
  • You will receive excellent training and development including access to the latest LIA courses and manufacturer product training this will enable you to grow your responsibilities and progress your career.
  • The role is both diverse and challenging and offers an inciting career path within a leading design focused industry.
  • You will be creating lighting design models for building spaces from and handling several projects at any one time.
    • The Person
  • As a lighting designer, you will have a passion and desire for lighting design with an attention to detail.
  • An ability to multi-task and handle several projects at a time and be a genuine team player.
  • Experienced in using lighting software such as Relux, Dialux and an understanding of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
  • The ability to support customers to achieve their design ambitions through collaboration along with an understanding of the practical and commercial restraints.
  • Education, we would prefer LIA Certificate qualified / LIA advanced qualified person or from an electrical engineering background however this is not essential as training would be provided for the right person.
  • Utterly crucial to have a passion for design.
