Thecompany are looking for committed and hard-working customer service orientated individuals who are looking for a long-term permanent job opportunity.The job you will do:
  • First line support for internal and external clients
  • Identifying faults and solutions
  • Technical support/guidance for internal desktop users
  • Setting up new devices on the network
  • New user set up (applications / PCs)
  • Working with external third parties suppliers such as Tech companies who support the business.
  • Some involvement in IT infrastructure projects
  • Daily file uploads to the Motor Insurance Database
  • Support of external clients and systems
About you:
  • Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook Email
  • Experience of setting up a PC with operating system and connecting to the network
  • Experience of IT functionality such as servers, active directory, printers/PCs would be a benefit.
  • Ideally you will hold a relevant IT Qualification
  • Some knowledge of standard back-up procedures
