Job Description

TYNE & WEAR (Ref 555), Permanent£30-35K & Flexible working hours!26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + BenefitsWe are excited to be working with a North East founded company with international recognition!You will be a passionate HR Advisor looking for development and a new challenge. Youll join a small supportive team and cover the full employee Lifecycle in the HR generalist role.Reporting to the People Partner, this role will provide support to the day-day running of our client with a wide range of HR issues and support the HR team with related projects.Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for employee relations matters: advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and ERrelated issues including discipline and grievance, absence management and performance management
  • Recruitment Process: Overseeing management of the full recruitment lifecycle focusing on giving a great candidate journey
  • Supporting with HR systems and processes
  • Searching for improvement with HR systems and data analysis
  • Involved in HR Projects with the HR teamEssential criteria:
  • ER Experience
  • Recruitment process experience, including competency based approach
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law
  • Confident to lead inductions/training
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience of working with data and HR systems.
  • Able to manage a fast paced workload & environmentYou will be:
