The Company you will be working for:MTrec is proudly representing our truly unique and special customer service client in their search to appoint a Danish Speaking Advisor as soon as possible. You will be working from home, with a superb support infrastructure to ensure you provide your customerswith the best experience possible.You will be joining a company who has an excellent employee culture and levels of support, training, and motivation from a great team of managers. The company is extremely team focused, which translates to their blue-chip customer base and the service theyreceive.We would highly recommend this role and the company to anyone with an analytical background. The role is starting asap, with full training and support provided. Please ensure you have suitable lap-top or PC equipment at home, all other systems and log in details will be provided by the company. We are open to applicants to do not live local to the company site.The Role you will be doing:
  • Your main responsibility will be to use customer behavioural data to identify potential increased risk and interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to gain a better understanding of how theyre using the companies services.
  • Using a risk-based approach, you will monitor customer behaviour and determine the most appropriate level of action required to ensure the safety and well-being of the customer. Youll also keep up to date with regulatory requirements and process changesto ensure the most appropriate actions are taken.
  • Youll be passionate about promoting and educating safer practices across the business. Youll be a team player and an excellent communicator, with experience of working in an environment that requires the ability to multitask.
  • Youll have confidence in making decisions based on the assessment of risk and have a high attention to detail, with the ability to understand and interpret a varied amount of information.
  • Youll take charge of your own development by encouraging feedback and further training where needed. Youll also have the ability to adapt to change and understand the need for continuous evaluation.
  • In this role, youll have the opportunity to be creative and contribute to the development of improving our approach to safer usage of the companies’ services.
  • Your working hours and days are; .based on a 20hr hour week - Monday 8am - 12pm, Wednesday 8am - 12pm, Thursday between 8am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm, every Tuesday and Saturday off.
About you:
  • First and foremost, Danish language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this role as youll be working with players based in Denmark.
  • We aim for an awesome customer experience, and the foundations of this are a team with a positive attitude and eagerness to make a difference. You will be well organised and positive minded. Analytical and logical thinker with good listening skills. Structuredproblem solver and have excellent Customer Service skills.
  • You should be driven with great time management skills. We’re a friendly bunch, with community at the heart of everything we do - to be successful in this position you must be a team player, someone great to be around. We want you not just to be good butto be great -with that comes commitment to continuously learn and develop in your role so we can deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Finally, youll need to be confident in using software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to perform reporting and administrative duties.
  • You must have home internet connection and your own suitable laptop or PC.
