JDI Legal are currently working with an expanding award winning law firm who are recruiting into their busy Litigation Department. It could be based across several branch offices including Durham, Tyneside or Newcastle as they have modern systems in placewhich is linked throughout and would allow for the individual to choose where they are formally based.This role is full time and whilst its mostly in the office there is scope for some homeworking. It would ideally suit a bright and motivated civil litigation lawyer with NQ-5PQE in general civil litigation or up to 5pqe who has a proven track record in runninga caseload of disputes work, possess good time management skills and committed to this area of law.The successful individual will work closely with two associates and a trainee on a range of matters such as Landlord and Tenant, Inheritance Disputes, Debt matters, Commercial Litigation. There is no personal injury based work in this caseload.The firm offer a fantastic working environment and culture and all round support is available. IT literacy is essential as the firm have up to date and modern systems in place.
