Candidate Requirements:• Experience within Financial Services, in particular, supporting Advisers with administration• An understanding of the financial planning process• A general knowledge of pensions, investments and protection• A willingness to follow business processes, procedures and work to targets and deadlines• Achieve agreed outcomes without supervision• Accuracy and attention to detail• Positive attitude and strong work ethic• Flexible and helpful approach to work• The ability to work well under pressure both independently and in a team• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal• Organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively• Competent IT skillsRole:As part of their ongoing growth, our client is looking to recruit an additional, experienced Financial Services Administrator, to work out of fabulous, modern offices at Houghton-le-Spring. The office benefits from free parking and good transport links.This is a regional office and part of a larger organisation and offers a face-paced and varied role, working within a small and experienced team.Responsibilities will include:-• Processing new business applications for pensions, investments and protection• Preparing meeting packs for Advisers• Liaising with providers and clients via telephone• Dealing with client queries e.g. withdrawals/death of a client/change of address/fund switches/trust documents• Drafting client letters and e-mailsKnow someone who the above job would be a perfect fit forREFER THEM ...and receive £250 when they start in their new role!
