This is a great opportunity for career progression within IAPT services. Gaining management experience to grow your leadership skills, you will be supervising a team of dynamic and committed qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and trainees. You will be supporting a hardworking and motivated team. In a recent staff survey all PWPs said they were highly motivated, found their job worthwhile and had good team relationships.You will be employed by Richmond Borough Mind which runs the Step 2 element of the Richmond Wellbeing Service (RWS), led by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). We are an established Low Intensity IAPT service with an excellent reputation, scoring highly in the London recovery figures. With the whole service growing, you will be joining at an exciting time.
