Job Description

BundlePro is a Global software company with a fast-growing client base. We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our team in our Kidbrooke or Twickenham offices.The Senior Administrator is a pivotal role where you will provide support to our UK and Canadian client base. As a self-motivated and driven professional, youll prioritise your own workload and time management working autonomously, and communicate effectivelyacross the team, organisation and external stakeholders.As the successful candidate, youll be part of a high-performance global team, bringing your extensive administrative experience and attention to detail to support the team through data entry into a CRM or similar database which will be crucial to your success.With a proactive approach to your duties, youll work agilely across the company to identify how processes can improve to ensure best service to our client base.With demonstrable experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic organisation as an office administrator or similar role you will have honed your skills in operational support and administration. This will have given you the tools to manage yourown schedule, update spreadsheets, populate reports, collate and report data findings to various targeted audiences and be an all-round outstanding administratorWe are looking for a self-starter to join our team and grow with the business. There is huge potential to progress within the company for the right candidate. This position would suit someone who has experience working within a customer service capacity,someone who is keen to be part of a friendly global team environment, and happy to be based within the office.Salary - £25,000pa to £35,000pa (depending on the experience and candidate)Some of the duties will include:

  • Responsible for answering calls and replying to emails from our UK and Canadian client base
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Onboarding new clients and providing online video training sessions
  • Working well as part of a global team
  • Managing own diary and following up with clients where necessary
  • Assisting clients with their finance enquiries prior to them being transferred to the finance department
  • Recording all correspondence in the CRM system in an accurate manner
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators
  • Generate reports on your client market base to the Executive Team
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
The suitable candidate:
  • Responsible and can-do attitude
  • Previous customer service experience (via phone, e-mail and face to face)
  • Strong team player, you will be part of a global team and be required to develop relationships both internally and externally with our clients
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills on all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • High level attention to detail
  • Happy to be office based
  • Ability to be versatile with your day-to-day work duties and open to learning other sides to the business
