Job Description

MARKETING MANAGER TWICKENHAMUP TO £47,000 + BONUS + FANTASTIC CULTURE + BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:Were proud to be recruiting for a for an impressive business in the hospitality sector located in the Twickenham area that is looking to recruit a new addition to the marketing team. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a MarketingManager to come in and lead the small marketing team, coordinate with agencies and develop and execute the multichannel marketing strategy.The Marketing Manager position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a truly amazing business.THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

  • Create and execute the annual marketing strategy and inputting to the wider commercial strategy for the business
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget
  • Regular reporting on marketing KPIs and campaign performance to influence campaigns and achieve objectives
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve the ROI from marketing activities
  • Working closely with heads of department
  • Managing agency relationships including briefing agencies and managing their performance to ensure they deliver on-brand and engaging content on time
  • Managing the internal marketing team of 3
  • Hands on involvement in executing multichannel marketing including SEO, PPC, SEM, META search, CRM, organic social media and paid social media
  • Ensuring the website is regularly updated and optimised
  • Managing traditional marketing channels including printed materials
  • Email marketing including data acquisition and management
  • Ensuring all activity is carried out within brand guidelines
  • Creating engaging written and visual content including photography and videography
  • Managing the PR agency ensuring that engagement and exposure are increasing
THE PERSON:
  • Experience in a similar Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive role
  • Experience within Hospitality / Hotels / Events / Conferencing is desirable
  • Previous experience with all digital channels including social media, email, CRM, website
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills
  • Experience of Google Analytics
  • A creative thinker with an excellent eye for detail who also has a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • A confident, driven, and ambitious individual is essential
