You will ideally already be aLettings Manager or experienced Property Managerwith at least 2 years experience.You will be responsible for ensuring the branch hits targets; is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients. You will need to be a good leader, an effective manager, a trusted support and a charismatic mentor.The skills required for this LETTINGS MANAGER/PROPERTY MANAGER role will include:

  • Experienced residentialLettings Agent/Property Manager
  • Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
  • An understanding Section 8s and Section 21s
  • Listing / Valuations experience
  • Managing a team
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of theTwickenham residential area
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
