A leading global business is looking for an Interim HR Business partner to join their UK HR team for a fixed term period of a year. This role will cover a period of secondment, supporting a client group with generalist HR Business partnering advice and guidance. Reporting to a Regional HR Leader this role will work autonomously with a defined client group, acting as the point of contactfor managers and senior leaders for HR consultancy and counsel. The role will need to visit a few locations - South West London, Bath and Central London (all expenses will be paid for). The role will be varied and interesting - the business is global and going through change, but it is also not a giant business in terms of employee numbers, so HR roles here remain close to the business and its people. Your workload will likely have a realmix of ER support, change management support, projects, and line manager coaching. The team is always developing and there is a possibility that longer term opportunity could be available. We are looking for people who would have benefit from a years experience with our client, but who will also be open to the option of longer-term employmentaswell. To succeed in this role, we are looking to find a pro active and confident HR professional who is great at building relationships, asking the right questions, and working constructively to understand and deliver the best solutions to problems. We are lookingfor someone who can hit the ground running and build effective relationships with other HR colleagues who are delivering specialist roles for the business. To apply to the role you should be available to start within a few weeks and be able to commit to a years contract. You have should have experience at HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level and you should be able to demonstrate the ability to autonomouslymanage HR priorities for a dedicated client group. You should be CIPD qualified, and it would be highly beneficial if you have supported technical, engineering or consultancy based client groups or businesses before. It should be noted that the business has a hybrid working policy and they are a flexible culture. However some office time is required, with the need here it seems to be in Bath and South West London locations fairly frequently around an otherwise hybridand remote set up.
