eCommerce Digital Manager required by an exciting, technology-driven brand within the Retail Tech sector. This financially backed organisation is growing rapidly and is on the brink of major success with a scientifically proven and revolutionary technology product, already endorsed by a-list brand ambassadors and respected scientists. Although this organisation are marketing a revolutionary product, they are at the beginning of their journey with a SME set up of 40 staff, with 90% being involved in technical development. They are looking for an eCommerce Digital Manager who can take responsibility for creating a buzz about the product across all platforms to push them into the next level of success. They are looking for an innovative and analytically minded eCommerce Digital Manager to step in and take ownership of the role in its entirety, including taking the lead with delivering the digital strategy, creating campaigns, the online customer journey and how the brand is being communicated via Social Media platforms. The eCommerce Digital Manager will hold a high skill set in Magento, Amazon, navigating and utilising content management systems, SEO and a proven track record of where their work has impacted conversion rates, sales and brand presence.The eCommerce Digital Manager will be ambitious and data-driven, implementing strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation, ensuring that they hit KPIs (ROAS/CTR). They will have a sound knowledge of who the target customer is currently and who the target customer may be as the business moves forward and be able to communicate with those end clients in line with the tone of the brand. They will do this via campaigns, social media and email channels as well as taking full ownership of the landing page, whilst monitoring the performance to improve conversion.Relevant Skills and Experience:
