At Janus International Europe, we provide opportunities for growth, creativity, and success.Responsibilities:

  • Manage after sales client interaction to ensure all required items are received.
  • Handle initial online web portal and app training. Schedule trainings with customers when new software and app features when needed.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate client needs and demands to Noke Smart Entry team at Janus.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics, including support needs, new project, timelines, etc.
  • Manage project within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting necessary deadlines.
  • Record client transactions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key attributes/skills and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years working in a technological environment.
  • Familiarity with Apple iOS and Google Android Operating Systems.
  • Understand the use of Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
  • Strong Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
  • Regular travel involved between Preston, Twickenham, Peterlee and internationally when required.
