Chartered Building Surveyor(MRICS)Location: Twickenham (TW1)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Excellent benefits Job Type: Full-time, PermanentKeywords: Chartered Building Surveyor, MRICS, Specification writing, contract administration, Building pathology, Party wall, dilapidations, Fire reinstatement cost assessmentsOur client are a well-established multi-disciplinary organisation providing one-stop service including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services, and Structural Engineering advice.The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor(MRICS) to join their enthusiastic team and work on a wide range of forthcoming contract projects. Your work will be principally located in central and greater London dealing mainly with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.Essential:

  • They will only consider MRICS Qualified building surveyors who have achieved Chartered status.
Previous experience in most of the below:
  • Specification writing and contract administration
  • Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports
  • Party wall services
  • Production of maintenance plans and cost plans
  • Fire reinstatement cost assessments
  • Schedules of dilapidations
  • Licences to alter
