Job Description

Are you a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving business success in a competitive B2B sales environment Our client is a global industry leader, seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to fill the role of Area Operations Manager. In thispivotal position, youll be responsible for overseeing the profit and loss of 8 facilities across the region while managing respective Sales Managers, all within a highly KPI-driven business framework.Position: Area Operations ManagerLocation: West and Southwest LondonResponsibilities:

  • Assume full accountability for the profit and loss of 8 facilities, ensuring each achieves set sales targets in the B2B market segment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers, providing guidance and support to drive their performance and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor sales data and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions to achieve desired results.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimise processes and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on sales performance and strategies.
Requirements:
  • B2B Sales experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales management, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets in an international setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and using KPIs to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
