Live-in Spa Therapists £25,562 basic £28,000 OTE We are delighted to be working with one of the Cotswolds most luxurious hotel Spas. This award winning luxury Manor House hotel is set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, with a Michelin Star restaurant, Spa, Gym, pool and cinema.We are keen to talk to passionate therapists who are committed to delivering high quality treatments and providing exceptional customer service at every step of the client journey.ABOUT YOU You will be qualified to level 3 Massage, beauty or holistic therapy, have experience as a therapist in a similar luxury spa environment.Be well spoken and well presented, friendly, approachable and reliable.Demonstrate Initiative, diplomacy, sensitivity and respect for one-self and others - a great team playerBe self-motivated, and a great communicator with an active interest in your own learning and developmentPURPOSE OF THE ROLETo deliver the highest standard of beauty treatments and consultations to all spa guests, providing excellent hospitality and care throughout the guest experience.Deliver the hostess role within the spa for guests and members alike and to ensure treatment rooms are well maintained, hygienic and professionally presented at all times and taking responsibility for the customer care of all spa guests and members throughouttheir visitTo ensure all stock items are full in the treatment rooms prior to the start of the business day and act as spa host to our guests, explaining the layout of the spa to ensure that our facilities can be fully enjoyed during each visitTo take responsibility for the cleaning of treatment rooms and showers at the end of each day and to assist the Head Therapist in the induction and training of all new Spa TherapistsTEAMTo assist in PR functions, open evenings and special promotional activities that may arise and to perform other related tasks reasonably requested by your Line Manager.To demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of what high quality service looks like and to demonstrate a high level of competency in treatment deliveryCOMPLIANCETo comply with health and safety requirements within the treatment areas and ensure that the correct reporting procedures are followed regarding any accidents, incidents or equipment failure. • Great basic salary of up to £25,562 per annum
• Service charge of £200 a month upwards
• OTE of £28,000
