Job Description

We are excited to be working with our nationally and globally recognised brand to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to further strengthen this established payroll team. Due to the Nature of the business this would be an on onsite role with potentially1 day working from home per week. Based on a manufacturing site we are ideally looking for someone from a similar background and with experience of working within a heavily unionised business. The company have some fantastic benefits and are recognised asa market leader in their field.This is a hybrid role offering 4 days in their officesKey Duties/Tasks:

Lead and execute the businesses people plan
Employee engagement
Dealing with employee relations issues and leading on any disciplinary or grievance processes
Negotiation and consultation with the Unions

Desirable skills and attributes:

Experienced HR Business partnering experience is essential
Unionised experience is a must
Experience of working within an FMCG environment
