Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Part Time Administrator working 6 hours per day to join one of our clients based in Bolton.The role is predominantly to assist with the day to day administration of the business and liaise between the office, the engineers and the clients.Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sites, clients and suppliers
  • Creating documents using Microsoft Publications
  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy files
  • Maintain personnel and training records
  • Prepare and chase clients contracts
  • Survey administration
  • Handling and directing telephone calls
  • Sales admin
  • Creation of new client job packs
  • Create job sheets for engineers
  • RAMS
  • Key holder updates
  • General office administration
  • Use Alarm Master to create and update client and site information
  • Create reports for the Office Manager/Managing Directors
  • Handle sensitive information
  • Take deliveries and check they are correct
Use of Sage Accounts would be an advantageSalary and hours of work:
  • Part time hours
  • Monday - Friday
  • £10.57 per hour = £16489.20 per annum for the part time hours
