Deputy Nursing Home Manager, Tredegar in GwentSpecialist Mental Health Nursing Home - short term care for Respite and Rehabilitation - complex needs£40,500 per annum - small homeWe require a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a dedicated small mental health / complex needs service in Tredegar, Gwent which caters for the short term care for Respite and Rehab clients.You time will be split equally clinically nursing on the floor and supernumery carrying out managerial dutiesYou will be responsible for supporting the manager to run the home smoothly on a day to day basis and ensuring that the current high standards of the Home are maintained in all areas working to strict policies and procedures to comply with standards and companyreputation. Ideally a current Deputy Manager is required for this home otherwise an experienced nurse working in a care home will also be considered as long as experienced within mental health.The ideal candidate needs to be experienced within mental health A strong leader who needs to be in control, lead and motivate.
