Hours:37.5 (Part Time hours available)Salary:£23,400 to £23,400Annum (Based on a37.5 hour contract)Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understandingand supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person-centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the services.he role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis.   • Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Assisting and getting involved in residentsdaily activities, hobbies or outings
  • Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
  • Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
  • Maintaining written daily records
  • Attending and completingtraining, as required

We work closely with local commissioners, care professionals and accommodation providers to support people with theirown tenancy to live as independently as possible, while still being able to rely on the individual care and assistance they need. Just as in our residential services, our supported living services are highly personalised, structured around the requirements,capabilities and preferences of the people we support. These services comprise self-contained flats designed to support individuals who benefit from having their own separate tailored accommodation and support package.WHOT
