Job Description

Ferry ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full time Ferry Manager to join our friendly team based in Torpoint. The successful candidate will earn £49,831-£53,951 per annum. If you have experience in a marine environment and in leading a team then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and join a fantastic company.Role Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a marine environment would be an advantage.
  • To have recent relevant experience of managing and leading multi-skilled teams, procurement and contract management, budgetary control and managing change.
  • Be able to demonstrate highly developed leadership skills together with well-developed interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Role Responsibilities
  • The Ferry Manager has responsibility for both the engineering and operational aspects of the service
  • Provide a safe, reliable and efficient ferry service with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Leading multi-skilled teams
  • You must be prepared to be flexible in the days and times that you work and the tasks that you will be required to undertake while on shift.
