Telephone Sales Agent- £27,500-£35,000 OTE –Tonypandy, South WalesThe RoleDo you possess excellent communication and customer service skills Are you confident when building customer relationships If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you.We are a trusted and respected partner for a large number of British coin collectors, and are currently recruiting driven Telephone Agents to our join our highly successful sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of a Telephone Agent include, but are not limited to:

Take inbound calls from customers, make outbound calls to follow up with our customers.
Contact existing customers to assist them further in building their coin collection whilst promoting new campaigns.
Deal with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve account queries.
Managing complaints to avoid escalation.
Provide customers with general information whist advising of our products and services.
Go the “extra mile” to meet customer needs.
Consistently strive to achieve sales and call targets whilst always maintaining our professional standards.
Deliver first class customer experience.
Update customer information in the database.
Accurately process customer orders and payments.
Manage customer enquiries effectively.
Preserve the company’s excellent reputation.
Hybrid working following a training period in the office.

The PersonThe key skills and qualities of a Telephone Agent are:

A minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience is essential.
Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them in a desirable way to new and existing customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain self-motivated and target driven.
Proven experience of working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines.
Be naturally persuasive.
Have excellent relationship building skills.
