H&S AdvisorLlwynypia and South Wales£24,000 + Car Allowance (£4200) + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + FULL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTDays Based RoleH&S Advisor for well established manufacturer who are market leading in their industry. They boast a great team environment and an autonomous role where you can learn new skills and gain training/development.The role would suit applicants from ANY Health and Safety background. If you have a working knowledge of H&S Legislation or and IOSH/ NEBOSH qualification you are encouraged to apply. Alternatively, if you have strong administration skills and wish to developyour skills within H&S you are invited to apply.Full Training and Development will be provided!The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that the sites comply with statutory and company requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within manufacturing/production facilities. You will be responsible for compiling weekly andmonthly reports and monitoring KPIs/targets in line with set objectives. You will be required to investigate accidents etc and suggest/implement corrective action plans where necessary. You will get involved with both internal and external audits and workclosely with other operational departments to ensure that training is rolled out to all teams in regard to H&S across the sites.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well renowned manufacturer who are extremely successful within their industry.
