Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorWellingtonPermanentFull time£22,500Meridian are currently recruiting for a well-respected, progressive and market leading company based in Wellington. The company is seeking a newCustomer Service Advisorsto join their Support team. You will have responsibility for a portfolio of customersand will be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with externalcustomers and your Customer Service colleagues.Role Duties: Account management and ownership of all customers in your portfolio Ensure growth and retention of customer portfolio Identify & develop opportunities to provide customers with additional services Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and queries Working collaboratively with external Account Management /Business Development team focused on growth and retention of customers Liaising and collaborating with internal technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issuesCandidate criteria

Role Overview
  • Permanent role
  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Hours are 08:30- 17:30
  • Induction, training, and support for new team member will be provided
  • Working from home position initially with future plans for a split week
