I am looking for a mobile Caretaker/cleaner who already holds an enhanced DBS and has a valid driving license.You will need to cover sites throughout Kent, mainly Tonbridge.A works Van is provided but only site to site, it may be possible to take van home but only if local.Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pmThere is a team of 4 caretakers but the role does mainly involve lone working unless a team is needed for larger projects.You’ll be responsible for maintaining the estate and communal areas to a high quality cleaning standard and maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and members of the public.Job role includes:- Attend to cleaning tasks in compliance with schedules and frequencies defined for each estate- Report Emergencies, communal repairs, and any incidents of vandalism- Removing fly tips- Sweeping/general cleaning
