Production Operatives working within the Operations Department, provide support to all the production departments and workshops.Key Responsibilities:• Safe loading and unloading of trucks.• Preparing built items and road boxes for site.• General support within the production departments which may include basic painting, sanding & filling and simple assembly work.• Moving manufactured scenic parts between production departments requiring the use of manual handling skills.• Using an iPad for loading and unloading items.• Completing housekeeping tasks and waste management duties within the workshop and external loading bays.• Completing daily maintenance checks.• Completing of electronic timesheets daily.ESSENTIAL -- Previous loading/unloading/crewing experience- Experience of working in a production operative, labourer or warehouse operative role.- Experience working independently and as part of a team.- Experience of working to varying production deadlines & changing specification.- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.- FLT, Sideloader Licence.
