***CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR***£21,000 - EXCELLENT HOURS/FRIENDLY TEAM/FREE PARKINGEASY TO GET TO BY CAR FROM YORK, GREEN HAMMERTON, WETHERBY, BOSTON SPA, TADCASTERMonday - Friday 08.30am-5pm, 30-minute break22 Days holiday plus bank holidaysBased near TockwithWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORCustomer focused, friendly, team player, good attention to detail, great telephone mannerYou will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the department. This includes providing an outstanding, professional, and first-class experience to all customers via telephone and email communications.What does the role entail - Delivering excellent customer service Always ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience and first-time solution Be a source of support for all customers and strive to deliver solutions to customer issues Always answer calls and email promptly and in a professional and courteous manner

  • To accept and process telephone, fax & email sales orders
  • To maintain a high degree accuracy whilst putting customer orders on the system
  • To manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer service are always maintained.
  • To liaise with the warehouse on accurate stock levels if required
  • To assist with after sales service issues.
  • To always observe the companies Health and safety policy
