The Technical Projects team is instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our bespoke, spectacular projects. This rolealso offers the opportunity for travel as many of our projects are installed around the world. Theyve delivered projects in forty-six countries and counting, so the role would suit those who are comfortable being overseas for several weeks at a time.The Assistant Project Manager is instrumental in helping to facilitate the successful delivery of complex projects. The team is made up of multi-disciplined engineers, mechanical design engineers and technical specialists, who collaborate with each otherto provide coordinated technical solutions that meets the defined objectives. This role is varied and will offer a mixture of office and site work.We are looking for technically minded people who are looking for a challenge in their career either from within this industry sector or from other sectors. Whether youve got hands-on practical experience of building things, project managing things, breakingthings, fixing things, making things, inventing things and hacking things, we want to hear from you.Assistant Project Manager Role:The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Technical Project team in coordinating and managing a wide variety of projects from the initial brief through to the installation on site and completion. Working closely with all other departments,the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and build excellent working relationships with internal departments, external suppliers and our clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Technical project team in the successful delivery of projects
  • Overseeing the installation of the project on site, travel to UAE, and international travel to attend site
  • Leading the production of a project through manufacturing/engineering workshops at the Companys base in Tockwith and work closely with the Production Management team to oversee the relevant manufacturing processes through the production phase
  • Identifying, escalating, and managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual/commercial risk
  • Facilitating communication, co-ordination, and information flow with the client and within the project team, including any subcontractors and partners (internal and external)
  • Ensuring the varied and bespoke items for each project are made to the required standards and to deadlines
  • Organising and preparing loading & logistical plans to ensure projects are efficiently transported to & from site
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed with regard to the Quality Management System and Health & Safety Policy
  • Ensure the Design Team receive accurate and complete information that relates to the design requirements of the project
  • Ensure that all company & statutory systems and procedures are followed with regards to Health & Safety
