Job Description

Sales AdministratorTiptonPermanent £23,000Monday - Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 07:30 to 15:45pm (45-Minute lunch)Duties:

  • Prompt response to customer enquiries.
  • Accurate processing of sales orders.
  • Logging and following up on quotations.
  • Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of existing business & new projects.
Experience:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
