Job Description

Sales AdministratorTipton£35,000Monday - Friday 9am-5pmPermanentWe are looking for a Sales Administrator specialising in the steel processing sector, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. This opportunity would be suited to someone who is ambitious and wants to progress to management level.Responsibilities

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact clients to obtain information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales reports/budgets
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Requirements
  • Experience within a steel stockholder would be highly advantageous
  • Great opportunities for progression
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Computer Literate (MS Office), SAP experience would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
