Quantity Surveyor - Required for our client a successful Groundworks and building contractor. The Quantity Surveyor will be working for a company based on the outskirts of Wolverhampton and will be working across the Westmidlands and some UK wide projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be working for a company that act as a Sub contractor on ground works projects for Tier one contractors and have an outstanding reputation. The company are also heavily involved in bespoke housesand their own small developments; they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor due to doubling their turnover in the past 6 months.The Quantity Surveyor will have extensive groundworks experience degree qualified within a discipline involving Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. The Quantity Surveyor should also have at least 2 years experience within a Civil Engineering companyworking on a variety of projects.It is envisaged that the successful QS will have a relevant Degree and previous experience in a similar role. The role will be office based with travel to site required. All sites are within a commutable distance so it is envisaged that the QS will holda full UK driving license. Strong IT, communication - both written & verbal, and numerate skills will also be required for successful delivery of the role.Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
