Job Description

WINNERare currently recruiting for aPowder Coaterto join our client based in Tipton, West Bromwich.The duties for thePowder Coaterare:

  • Chemical checking.
  • Manual Powder coating.
  • Changing paint colours over with manual spraying.
  • Operate Norson Controls (control panel).
  • Experience of automatic as well as manual booth spraying.
  • Checking results and altering dosage to ensure enough powder on the part
  • Hatch testing.
  • Paint thickness testing.
  • Completion of paperwork to record results etc.
The idealPowder Coater:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Working within a team and under your own initiative.
  • Experience of automatic as well as manual booth spraying.
The pay rate for thePowder Coater:
  • £11.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience.
