GiGroup are recruiting for a HSE Co-ordinator This company are based in Tipton who deals with automotive car parts for large companies all over the world.HOURS OF WORK40 Hours per week ( Early finish on Friday)Pay rate: £19.23Temp - perm positionROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES* To advise on all site safety and environmental issues* To co-ordinate actions where necessary to seal with site safety issues* To co-ordinate, and present where necessary, training activities relating to EHS matters* Co-ordinate the testing of fire alarms and all emergency equipment, maintaining the records of same* Dealing with Insurance matters, EL claims* Dealing with Accident reporting, and investigation* Co-ordinate cleaning services on site* Liaison with landlords, local councils, contractors, building surveyors* Assistant with all other relevant EHS matters* Ensure internal EHS Audits are carried out according to plan and support all external audit programmesQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS* Excellent IT skills and general knowledge of Microsoft packages* Nebosh Certificate level * IOSH* Internal Auditor for ISO14001PERSONAL SKILLS* Organised methodical approach to role responsibilities* Ability to work to deadlines* Attention to detail in maintaining EHS records* Excellent communication skills, able to deal with all levelsGi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
