Graduate Engineer (NPI)TiptonCirca £26,000 DOE + Holidays + Pension + Training and Development OpportunitiesMonday to Friday. Days Based RoleGraduate Engineer position available within a well established, growing and progressive company. They offer the opportunity of training and development and progression routes to more senior roles. They are well established and industry leading in their sector.The role would suit graduates with ANY engineering, manufacturing or technical related background. Foundry technical skills will be taught and learnt as the job develops, the key is a drive to learn and develop. You must have good verbal and written communicationand be confident using Microsoft Office/IT packages.The role will be predominantly be based within the New Product Introduction (NPI) department. You will learn the companies bespoke systems and machinery and contribute to improvements within the departments. You work closely with the NPI Manager and NPIEngineer to develop castings to ensure products are delivered on time and to a high quality standard whilst leaving behind an auditable and repeatable manufacturing process to hand over to the operations team to produce production batches.This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain a career, rather than a job.
